DESCRIPTION
Introduction to SCUBA gives you to opportunity to try SCUBA if you aren't sure if it is for you.
This is a non-certification program suitable to introduce participants to the underwater world without having to commit to a certification course.
ACADEMIC
- The academic portion of the course is a combination of online eLearning and classroom presentation and discussion. This portion is approximately 2 hours
- Downloading of NAUI App
EQUIPMENT
We will provide all equipment needed to perform your Introduction to SCUBA, mask, fins, buoyancy device, weights, tank, regulator
PREREQ
- Individuals ages 10+ and in good physical condition may enroll in a NAUI Introduction to Scuba and Passport Diver program. Individuals ages 8+ may participate in the confined water portion of the program.
- All students are required to complete a medical statement that needs to be turned in on the first day of class. A medical physician's signature may be required. Diver Medical Form
